Services:
C.A. Mues Memorial Good Samaritan Center opened its
doors in 1961 through an initial donation from Mr. and Mrs. C.A.Mues.
Today, through a variety of renovations and changes, the Medicare
and Medicaid certified center is able to provide care to 30 residents.
In response to the needs of the community, C.A. Mues Memorial
Good Samaritan Center became a Medicare certified facility in
1995. As a Medicare Skilled facility, we have access to Physical,
Occupational, and Speech therapies. With the availability of therapy
services and skilled nursing interventions, the center is proud
to be able to provide rehabilitation for both our short and long
term residents.
At C.A. Mues, we know that in health care setting, one of the
biggest losses can be that of privacy. The Arapahoe Good Samaritan
Center is proud to be the only nursing center in our area to provide
private rooms for all of our residents.
Most importantly, however, is that we are able to provide our
services as part of a greater Christian mission. As members of
the Good Samaritan Society, we are charged, "To share God's love
in word and deed by providing shelter and supportive services
to older persons and others in need, believing that 'In Christ's
Love, Everyone is Someone'".
C.A. Mues is only a portion of the services provided by the Good
Samaritan Communities of Arapahoe. In 2003, Samaritan Suites and
Prairie Pines were both added as services to our communities,
by offering both Assisted Living and Senior Living Apartments.
